Sikh Spiritual Centre Toronto (SSCT) is a place of worship, learning, and service, rooted in the Sikh faith. A Gurdwara is not only a house of prayer, but a centre for community, Seva (selfless service), education, and equality, open to all.
Founded over two decades ago, SSCT has grown into one of the largest and most respected institutions serving the Sikh community across the Greater Toronto Area. Guided by the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib Ji, we live the principles of Sikhi through Gurbani, Simran (remembrance of Waheguru), Seva, and Sangat (spiritual community).
To serve the growing needs of our Sangat, SSCT has continuously evolved. Major renovations have modernized our facilities, expanded prayer halls, improved accessibility, and enhanced community spaces. Further development is underway to add new wings, upgrade infrastructure, and expand spiritual, educational, and community programming.
As part of our daily Seva, our Langar (community kitchen) serves thousands of free meals each day to anyone who walks through our doors—regardless of background, faith, or status.
We also offer daily kirtan, Gurbani classes, Punjabi and Gurmukhi education, youth engagement programs, and charitable outreach. Our goal is to foster spiritual growth, promote lifelong learning, and strengthen the bonds of Sangat with humility and dedication.
